Who did what

What has been done records the things worth having a name against. Open it at /audit, or from Contacts.

• Contacts deleted, and put back
• Data downloaded, and backups taken
• Spreadsheets imported
• Bulk actions - tagging hundreds of people, starting a flow for them
• Settings changed, boxes saved, flows switched on or off
• People added to or taken off the team, and roles changed
• Sign-ins

Each line says who, what and when. It is kept for a year. Ordinary work - an email sent, a note written - lives on the contact's own record instead, so this stays short enough to read.

Nothing sensitive is recorded here: no message bodies, no keys.
