Billing, canceling and refunds

Here is how billing works:

1. You are charged when you sign up: $89 for the month, or $890 for the year if you chose yearly. There is no setup fee. (Brokerage plans are priced differently; see the brokerage page.)
2. It then renews each month or each year, whichever you picked.

Canceling

Cancel any time by writing to mail@swiftagentsites.com. Your site stays online until the end of the time you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

Any payment can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the date it was charged, with no reason needed. Email us and the whole amount goes back to the card you paid with. After 14 days that payment is not refundable. The full wording is in our refund policy.

If you have the CRM

The CRM is no longer part of the plan for new clients, but if you already have it, nothing changes: you keep it at the price and terms you signed up on. See Adding the CRM to your website.
