Texting from your CRM

Texts go through your own texting account - Twilio or RumbleUp - so the texting service bills you directly. Once connected, you can text anyone with a phone number from their page, and their replies land on their timeline.

• Connecting Twilio - usually the lower cost per text.
• Connecting RumbleUp - simpler setup, carrier fees included.
• WhatsApp Business - through the same Twilio account.

Sending a text

1. Open the contact.
2. In the box at the bottom, choose the ⌨ Text tab, write your message and press Send text.

Texts in the menu lists every conversation, including texts from numbers not yet in your contacts.

Anyone who replies STOP is never texted from your CRM again. US law (the TCPA) expects permission before marketing texts, so keep texts to people who asked to hear from you.
