Your personal inbox

The shared inbox is for support. Your personal address is for mail meant only for you - it lands in your Personal view, assigned to you, and nobody else on the team can see it.

1. In Inbox, press Team.
2. Under Your personal address, type a short name - your first name works well - and press Save.
3. The page shows your personal address, for example yourcrm+sam@swiftagentsites.com, or sam@yourdomain.com once your domain is connected.

Give that address out, or forward your own email to it. Everything sent there shows under Personal in your inbox.

Words that mean the team - like support, info or billing - cannot be personal addresses. Each person sets their own.
