If your website is with us, everyone who fills in a form on it becomes a contact in your CRM straight away, tagged website lead, with their message on their timeline.

• They show up in the new in the last 30 days list on Contacts.
• A flow that starts When a contact is added starts for them too - a good way to follow up within minutes. See Automatic follow-ups.
• To bring in leads from before you had the CRM, press Import on Contacts, then Bring in my website leads.
