What a flow is doing

The Flows page says what each flow has actually done, rather than how many steps it has.

• On it now - people mid-flow, and how many are due a step today
• Emails sent - with open and click rates underneath
• Replied - how many wrote back, as a share of what went out
• Finished - plus anyone who stopped early or unsubscribed

A line at the top adds it up across every flow. Open and click rates need Resend's tracking switched on; replies are counted by the CRM itself and always work.

Two things worth knowing: a flow holds itself to a set number of emails a day, spread through daytime hours rather than sent in one burst; and with stops when they reply on, someone who answers is taken off the flow at once.
