What leads did

What leads did shows what the other person did, rather than what you did: a form filled in on your website, a reply, a text, an email opened, a link clicked, or an address that bounced.

• On Today it runs across everybody, newest first, so the morning starts with who moved overnight.
• On someone's record it is the first tile on the right, about them alone.

Opens and clicks come from your email provider, so they only appear once tracking is on - and remember that some mail apps open images for their users, which makes opens look higher than they are. Clicks and replies are the honest signals.
