Swift Agent Sites

For agents who want to be the expert in one thing

When someone asks AI for an agent, will it name you?

AI can’t name you from a page it never read, and anyone can get a website now. Hi, I’m James. I help agents become known for one narrow thing, then put it where AI tools and search engines can read it. Nobody can promise you a mention, me included. You get my mobile, not a support desk: call or text (240) 284-3206.

  • Readable by AI tools
  • Your own domain
  • Usually live the same day
  • No setup fee

Why the website isn’t the point

Anyone can get a great website in hours now.

With AI, a good-looking site takes an afternoon, so having one doesn’t set you apart anymore. And the personal brand is dead: a nice photo and a good bio are superficial. They work for short interactions, but a home sale can take weeks or months, and over that long people go with the person they see as the expert. Be narrow and specific, not broad and general. Why I think so, and how I do AEO for agents.

  • 1. Own something narrow

Not “I sell Miami.” One neighborhood, one type of property or one kind of deal you know better than anyone: condos in Brickell, older homes in Coral Gables, flood insurance in Kendall.

  • 2. Get read

Pages AI tools and search engines can read, saying who you are and exactly what you’re the expert in.

  • 3. Answer real questions

One plain answer for each question people ask about your narrow thing, naming the place.

  • 4. Show up on video

AI answers cite YouTube a lot, and small channels get cited too. Answer one question per video: price, comparisons, your process, timelines and how to choose. Then show who you’re for, with topics that all point at your narrow thing.

  • 5. Test it every month

Ask the AI tools the same questions and write down who comes back.

  • We run this on our own sites first

Our sites went from almost nothing to more than 8 million visits in 30 days, from people and crawlers. Search is changing. If your content isn’t getting crawled, you’re not being recommended.

Can AI read the site you have now?

Put your address in and see what a search engine or AI tool gets when it reads your page. You’ll also see whether your domain is about to lapse, whether your email can be forged, and how the whole thing behaves in a real phone’s hands.

It takes about ten seconds. We don't keep a list of the sites people check, and nothing is emailed to you.

How we get you found

Eight pages on what matters now for being found by people, search engines and AI answer tools, with the sources, and every way we help a client get noticed: your site, the Swift Agents Network and our content.

A PDF, about 260 KB. No email needed. It promises nothing it can’t keep, and says so. Read the summary.

What you get

A site AI can read, and someone to text.

  • Pages AI tools can read

The words arrive with the page, your name, license, brokerage and towns are spelled out, and the structured data says what you do. I won’t promise rankings or mentions; nobody honest can.

  • What you know, in your own words

I’ll help you turn your bio and the way you describe your areas into plain language that an AI tool can pick up and a referral hears as you.

  • Somewhere to check you out

Someone hears your name, watches you talk, then looks you up. The site is the last step now, so it stays small: it shows you’re real, shows where you work, and sends their message straight to you. If you don’t have a domain yet, I’ll register one with you, and it stays yours.

  • Nothing for you to run

The hosting and the certificate are mine to look after. When you want something changed, text me.

Agent Website
$890/ year
That is about $74 a month · no setup fee

Your own website, your license page made yours, and your name in front of people who are checking an agent or planning a move in your area.

  • Your own domain, with SSL and hosting — and I don’t hold it
  • Your bio, the areas you cover, your listings and a contact form; inquiries reach you the moment somebody writes, by email
  • Mobile-ready, fast, and written so search engines and AI tools can read it, in English or Spanish
  • Change any of it yourself, from the dashboard
  • Lead pages for your own ads and campaigns: build them yourself, every answer lands in your inbox
  • Listed on our regional hub for your state and line of work, where we have one (Idaho, Oregon, Texas and Wyoming so far)
  • A blog: write your own posts, or switch on posts from our regional hub for your state and line of work, credited to the original
  • Your license page, made yours, for real estate agents in the states our directory covers: your photo, phone, site and a Contact me button, marked “Verified by Swift Agent Sites”
  • Verified in Listing Lookout, our free Chrome extension: buyers who check you see the mark, with a link to your website
  • A free Swift Agents Network listing on FloodFireCheck, for real estate agents: your name, phone and website on the neighborhood pages you work, where FloodFireCheck has a page for your area, and on address checks there. Not a rating or a recommendation
  • A Sponsored spot on the license-check and mover-check pages for your city, and a FloodFireCheck neighborhood listing where that page has no sponsor yet
  • Insurance agents: quote requests from that FloodFireCheck page sent to you
  • At most three sponsors on a page, each clearly labelled “Sponsored”: a paid label, not a ranking
  • Usually live the same day. Nothing here promises inquiries

$890 a year, no setup fee. Cancel any time.

I agree your Sponsored places with you right after you sign up, and only on pages that still have room.

Just want your page in our directory made yours? A Profile is $99 a year: your photo, phone, website link, a short bio and a Contact me form on your license page (real estate agents) or company page (movers), with no website. Start from your own page in the agent directory or the mover check. It does not promise inquiries.

Running a brokerage? That’s a different site, with its own page and price.

Questions

What agents usually ask me.

Will AI name me if I get a site from you?

I can’t promise that, and nobody honest can. An AI tool can only name you from something it read, so I make sure your site can be read and says who you are, where you work and what you know. Mentions elsewhere and video help too. Ask the tools yourself each month and write down who comes back. Our free guide, How we get you found (PDF), lists every way we help a client get noticed.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every site is on your own domain, with hosting and the security certificate included. If you don’t have one yet, I’ll register it with you and set it up, and it stays yours.

Will you bring me leads?

No. I don’t sell leads, I don’t run ads, and I don’t offer MLS/IDX listing feeds. What you get is the website: somewhere to send people that is yours, with a contact form that reaches you the moment somebody fills it in. Every real estate agent’s site also comes with a free listing in the Swift Agents Network: your name, phone and website on the FloodFireCheck neighborhood pages you work, where FloodFireCheck has a page for your area, and on address checks in those neighborhoods. That’s where buyers and renters check flood and wildfire risk before they move. Where we run a regional hub for your state and line of work (Idaho, Oregon, Texas and Wyoming so far), you’re listed there too. It’s visibility, not a promise of business. Anyone who tells you a website by itself will bring you business is selling you something.

What is the Swift Agents Network?

The pages we run that link to our clients: regional hubs with local articles on insurance, real estate and moving for each state, the free license, mover and website checks, the real estate agent directory, and FloodFireCheck, a flood and fire risk check for neighborhoods, where a box labelled “Swift Agents Network” shows a real estate client’s name, phone and website on the neighborhood pages they work, where it has one, and on address checks there. That listing is free, and separate from FloodFireCheck’s paid sponsor spot. Your site is listed where you work. It’s more places to be found and checked out, and AI tools read these pages too. It isn’t a ranking or a recommendation, and nothing in it promises inquiries.

What is included?

A site rewritten around you, on your own domain with hosting and the certificate included: your bio, the areas you cover, your listings and a contact form that emails you the moment somebody fills it in. Lead pages you build for your own ads, a blog (your own posts, plus the regional hub’s posts once you approve each one), your listings across the Swift Agents Network, and, for real estate agents, a free Swift Agents Network listing on the FloodFireCheck neighborhood pages you work, where FloodFireCheck has a page for your area: your name, phone and website. It works on a phone, it’s built to be found, and you can change any of it yourself from your dashboard. $890 a year, no setup fee — and the domain stays yours if you ever leave.

Do you build sites for brokerages?

Yes — a recruiting site for the brokerage, with optional sites for each of your agents. It has its own page, with the price and a sample.

Will my site look like everyone else’s?

No. It starts from a structure that works, and then the type, colors, photos and words change until it reads as you.

Can you help with the copy?

Yes — that’s most of the job. Send me what you have, an old bio or a few notes, and I’ll help turn it into something that sounds like you on a good day.

Does SEO guarantee Google rankings?

No. I build the technical side properly, but rankings depend on competition, your content, links and how well known you are locally. Nobody can promise them honestly.
