Terms and Conditions

The agreement between you and Swift Agent Sites when you buy a plan.

Last updated November 4, 2026

1. Who these terms are with

This website and the services described on it are provided by Swift Agent Sites LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By purchasing a plan you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. What we provide

We provide hosted subscription software for property and insurance professionals: a website platform. A subscription gives you access to the software and its hosting for as long as it runs. Setting your site up is included in the subscription as implementation — we configure your first version around your brand, market and the material you supply — it is not a separate commission, and nothing is bespoke. These are the plans:

  • Agent Website — $890 per year, with no setup fee. The plan for an individual agent. A hosted website on your own domain with hosting and SSL: your layout, branding, bio, service areas, listings and a contact form that emails you each inquiry, all of which you edit yourself from the dashboard. It also includes landing pages you build yourself for your own advertising, and a blog: posts you write, and, if you switch it on, posts from our regional hub for your state and line of work, each shown with a link to and credit for the original on the hub. Initial configuration is included. Lead generation is not included, and a CRM is not included. We do not generate or sell leads, we do not manage advertising, buy media or run campaigns on your behalf, and MLS/IDX listing feeds are not included and are not offered. Where we can match you to your license, our free Listing Lookout Chrome extension shows a “Verified by Swift Agent Sites” mark with a link to your website to people who check you with it. It means you are our client; it is not a rating or a recommendation, it shows only when someone checks you, and we do not promise any number of visits. Where we hold your state’s license file, you are also named in a Verified section on your city’s page in our agent directory, under any Sponsored names, for as long as you are a client. The plan also includes sponsored spots: your name, phone number and website shown as a listing labelled “Sponsored” on the swiftagentsites.com license-check city pages and mover-check city pages for the places agreed with you when you sign up, and on a floodfirecheck.com neighborhood page where that page has no sponsor. Each page shows at most three sponsors. If you are a licensed insurance agent and sponsor a floodfirecheck.com neighborhood page, the flood and home insurance quote requests people make on that page are passed to you, only with their consent and to one sponsor per page; you agree to handle them as a licensed agent under your state’s rules, and we do not promise any number of requests. Places are subject to availability, and we may decline or remove a listing that would mislead people. A Sponsored spot is a paid label: it is not a ranking, a review or a recommendation, and it does not promise any inquiries. Our free Listing Lookout Chrome extension links to the pages these spots are on: floodfirecheck.com neighborhood pages and mover-check city pages directly, and license-check city pages through the license page it links to. That is a link to the page, not a listing inside the extension, and we do not promise any number of visits.
  • Profile — $99 per year, with no setup fee. No website. Your own page in our directory made yours: for a real estate agent, your license page in our agent directory, in the states it covers; for a mover or bus company, its company page. It adds your photo, phone number, a link to your website, a short description and a Contact me form that emails you what people send, shown labelled as added by you, below the public record, which stays the same for everyone and is never changed by what you add. A real estate agent’s profile also carries the “Verified by Swift Agent Sites” mark. Agents: there is no free claim of a license page, and nothing is shown until we have checked that the license is yours; if we cannot, we refund the payment. Movers and bus companies can still claim and correct their listing for free; the profile is added on top of a confirmed claim. A profile is not a review, a rating, a ranking or a recommendation, and it does not promise any inquiries. Cancel any time; it ends at the end of the year you have paid for.
  • Sponsored spot on its own — $49 per month for one page. For agents who already have a website: your name, phone number and website shown as a listing labelled “Sponsored” on one swiftagentsites.com license-check or mover-check city page, on the same terms as above (at most three sponsors a page, subject to availability, a paid label and not a ranking, review or recommendation, and no promise of inquiries). Cancel any time; it ends at the end of the month you have paid for.
  • Withdrawn and listed here because clients who bought them remain on them at the price and terms they bought: Agent Website ($500 per year, no setup fee; website, landing pages and a private lead inbox, no CRM) and CRM ($390 per year, no setup fee; the CRM on its own, no website), both withdrawn 7 October 2026; the CRM as part of the Agent Website plan, withdrawn 9 October 2026, which clients who had it keep; the website and sponsor spots plan ($1,890 per year), withdrawn 3 November 2026, when what it included became part of the Agent Website plan; and the area expert seat on a third-party neighborhood guide site, withdrawn 4 November 2026, which clients keep where it was included in the plan they bought, on the terms it was sold. None of these is sold to new clients. Nothing about an existing subscription changes because of this, and we will not move you to a different plan or price, or withdraw a feature you are already paying for, without asking you first.
  • Brokerage — $2,990 per year, plus a one-time $499 setup fee. A recruiting website for a brokerage on its own domain, with an illustrated map of the brokerage’s market, a confidential application form, an email alert for each request, a private recruiting inbox and a dashboard with a monthly report. Websites for the brokerage’s agents may be added at $99 per agent per year, or $79 per agent per year from 50 agents, billed to the brokerage. We do not guarantee any number of applications or hires.

Every site runs on our own templates and platform. Typography, color, imagery and copy are configured to you; the underlying software is the same for every customer, is not bespoke, and we do not represent it as custom development. What a subscription buys is access to that software, not ownership of it.

3. Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are stated and charged in United States dollars (USD). Prices exclude any taxes, duties or levies that may apply in your jurisdiction, which are your responsibility unless we are legally required to collect them.

4. Payment, term, renewal and cancellation

The first payment, and any one-time setup fee, is taken when you sign up, using the payment method you give at checkout. There is no free trial.

Plans are sold as annual subscriptions (a Sponsored spot on its own is monthly), and clients who signed up monthly before 3 November 2026 stay monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price using the payment method on file, until canceled. Any one-time setup fee is charged only with that first payment; it is not charged again on renewal.

Agent websites added to a Brokerage plan renew with it and may be removed at any renewal.

You may cancel at any time by emailing mail@swiftagentsites.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for — your site stays online until then, and you are not charged again. Any payment can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the date it was charged, as set out in our refund policy. After those 14 days we do not pro-rate or refund the unused part of a term.

We will email you before a renewal charge where required by law or by the card networks. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend the site after notifying you.

5. What happens when a plan ends

At the end of the final paid term your site is taken offline. If you purchased a custom domain through us, the domain is yours: email us and we will begin the transfer to a registrar account of your choosing. We may charge any registrar transfer fee at cost.

6. What we need from you

Building your site depends on material only you can provide: your bio, photographs, service details, license numbers and approvals. You are responsible for the accuracy of that material and confirm you have the right to use it, including any photographs and any brokerage or carrier branding.

If we cannot reach you or do not receive the material we have asked for, the build pauses. Your subscription term continues to run.

7. Your professional obligations

Real estate, insurance and financial services advertising is regulated. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your site complies with the rules of your licensing body, brokerage, carrier or regulator — including license disclosures, fair housing and equal opportunity notices, and any required disclaimers. We will add material you supply; we do not verify it against those rules.

8. Ownership

You own the content you give us and the content we write for you once your plan is paid. We retain ownership of our templates, code, design system and anything we reuse across clients. Nothing here transfers ownership of those to you.

9. Search rankings

We build a sound technical SEO foundation. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic level or business outcome; those depend on competition, your market and factors outside our control.

10. Availability

We host on Cloudflare's global network and aim to keep your site available at all times, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure. We may take a site offline briefly for maintenance, and we may suspend a site that is being used unlawfully or that puts our infrastructure at risk.

11. Payments and security

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment pages over an encrypted connection and are handled in line with the PCI Data Security Standard. We never see, handle or store your full card number. Our site is served over HTTPS throughout.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of your plan is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnity

You agree to reimburse us for claims brought against us that arise from content you supplied, or from your use of the site in breach of these terms or of the rules that govern your profession.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase or renewal. Material changes will be notified by email before your next renewal.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
