1. What you are buying
A subscription to a designed, hosted website for an independent agent or a brokerage. It is a digital service, not a physical product — nothing is shipped, and there is no delivery address.
- Agent Website — $890 per year, with no setup fee. It includes lead pages, a blog and Sponsored spots.
- Profile — $99 per year, with no setup fee. No website: your license page or company page in our directory, made yours.
- Sponsored spot on its own — $49 per month for one page.
- Still held by existing clients, not sold to new ones: Agent Website ($500 per year) and CRM ($390 per year), withdrawn 7 October 2026; the CRM as part of the Agent Website plan, withdrawn 9 October 2026; the website and sponsor spots plan ($1,890 per year), withdrawn 3 November 2026; and the area expert seat on a third-party neighborhood guide site, withdrawn 4 November 2026, kept on the terms it was sold by clients whose plan included it.
- Brokerage — $2,990 per year, plus a one-time $499 setup fee. Agent websites for the brokerage: $99 per agent per year, or $79 from 50 agents.
The setup fee is charged once, with your first payment, and is not charged again on renewal. All charges are in United States dollars (USD).
2. How your site is delivered
When you start, we email you an onboarding request for the material we need: your bio, photographs, service details and license information. We deliver a first draft within 3 business days of receiving everything we have asked for. You then have a round of revisions, and we publish the site when you approve it.
The timeline depends on you: if material is outstanding, the build pauses until it arrives. Your annual term continues to run in the meantime.
3. When you are charged
The first payment, and any one-time setup fee, is taken when you sign up. There is no free trial. Each renewal is charged at the start of the new term.
4. Refunds
You can have a full refund of any payment within 14 days of the date it was charged. That covers your first payment, the setup fee charged with it, and each renewal. You do not need to give a reason: email mail@swiftagentsites.com within the 14 days and the whole amount is refunded to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
After 14 days from the date of a payment, that payment is not refundable.
If something has gone wrong on our side, tell us. We would rather fix the problem than have you dispute a charge.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Plans renew automatically each year at the then-current price, using the payment method on file. The setup fee is not charged on renewal.
You can cancel at any time by emailing mail@swiftagentsites.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for. Your site stays online for the rest of that term and you are not charged again. If you cancel within 14 days of a payment, that payment is refunded in full on request, as set out in section 4. After those 14 days, part-used terms are not refunded or pro-rated.
6. What happens to your site and domain
At the end of your final paid term the site is taken offline. If your plan included a custom domain, that domain is yours — email us and we will start the transfer to any registrar account you nominate. Any registrar transfer fee is charged at cost.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong, contact us first. Most problems are a misunderstanding about renewal timing and are resolved in a day. Raising a chargeback before contacting us costs us a fee and takes far longer to resolve for you.
