What we collect when you visit this site or buy a plan, and what we do with it.

Last updated November 1, 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

Swift Agent Sites LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is responsible for the personal information described here.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and the business material you send us for your site — bio, photographs, license details, service descriptions.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's pages, not ours. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card, and billing contact details. We never receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

When you browse this site we, and if you accept cookies our analytics and advertising providers, may record your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and whether you asked for a free preview.

Our own page-view count records the page, the site that sent you and any campaign tag in the link, kept as daily totals. Your IP address is used only to stop one visitor being counted many times, in a record that expires after an hour.

We count how many times each agent license page in our agent directory is viewed, as a total per page per day, with no information about who viewed it.

Business contact information from public sources

See section 5 below: we hold some business contact details that we did not get from you.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use two categories of cookie and similar technology:

  • Strictly necessary. Set by Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, to serve the site and protect it from abuse, and a small record of your cookie choice so we do not ask again. These are always active.
  • Analytics and advertising. Google Analytics 4, which tells us how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel, which tells us which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring visitors and preview requests, and lets Meta show our ads to people who have visited this site.

We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which counts visits and the pages viewed without setting cookies or collecting personal data, so it runs without asking. It is not loaded at all if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal (section 4).

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel do not run until you accept them. On your first visit you are asked to choose. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, which reopens the banner and withdraws consent if you decline.

4. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honor both. If your browser or an extension sends a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a refusal: the cookie banner is not shown, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Ahrefs Web Analytics are not loaded, and any analytics or advertising cookies already on your device for this site are cleared. The signal takes priority over an earlier "Accept" on that device, for as long as it is sent.

We do not track visitors across other companies' websites over time, and we do not allow anyone else to do so through this site, beyond the Meta Pixel described above — which only runs when you have accepted it and no privacy signal is present.

5. Business contact information from public sources

We contact real estate and insurance professionals and moving and bus companies about our services, and we publish public license and carrier information in our agent and mover checks. For that we hold business contact details we did not get from you:

  • What: a name, business name, business email address and phone number, website, city and state, license number, type and status, and for moving and bus companies the USDOT record.
  • Where from: state licensing records, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and the business’s own website and public listing pages.
  • Why: to offer our services to licensed professionals and businesses, and to show the public record in our checks — our legitimate interest in telling businesses about a service relevant to their work. We do not sell these details or use them for anything unrelated.
  • How long: until you ask us to stop or to delete them, or until we no longer need them for outreach.
  • How to opt out: every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works in one click; or reply and ask us to stop, or email mail@swiftagentsites.com. We then add your email address to our do-not-contact list and stop all outreach to it. We keep that one entry permanently, because it is how we make sure we never write again. A license page in our agent directory can be removed with the “Remove this page” link on it.

6. Why we use your information

  • To build, host and support the site you have bought, and to communicate with you about it — necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To take payment and keep accounting records — necessary for the contract and for our legal obligations.
  • To understand how this website is used, and to measure and target our advertising — on the basis of your consent, given through the cookie banner.
  • To protect the site from fraud and abuse — our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

7. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, CDN and security.
  • Resend — delivery of the emails you ask for, such as the reply to a preview request or a message sent through our forms.
  • Google — analytics, where you have consented.
  • Ahrefs — cookieless visit counts (Ahrefs Web Analytics), not loaded when your browser sends a privacy signal.
  • Meta — advertising measurement and audiences through the Meta Pixel, where you have consented.
  • Domain registrars, where your plan includes a custom domain.
  • Professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information. The only sharing for advertising is the Meta Pixel, and like analytics it runs only if you accept cookies; declining, or using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, withdraws that consent and clears the cookies. We do not knowingly collect, sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

8. International transfers

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

9. How long we keep it

Customer records are kept for as long as you have an active plan and then for as long as we need them to meet tax and accounting obligations. Material you sent us for a site is deleted on request once your plan has ended. Analytics data is retained on the default schedules of the providers named above.

  • Contacts and the messages exchanged with them are kept until they are deleted, on request or when no longer needed. A deleted contact can be restored for 30 days and is then gone for good.
  • Business contact details from public sources: as set out in section 5. Do-not-contact entries are kept permanently.
  • Records of who changed what in our systems: 1 year. Error and uptime logs: 30 days. Rate-limit records: about an hour.
  • Backups: a nightly copy kept for 14 days, and an offline copy kept for up to 12 weeks. Something deleted from our systems is gone from the backups once those periods pass.
  • Page-view counts, including license page views, are kept as totals with no information about who viewed.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of them, email mail@swiftagentsites.com. We respond within the period the applicable law allows and may need to verify your identity first. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

11. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payment card data never touches our systems. Access to customer material is limited to people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously and will notify you and the relevant authority of a breach where the law requires.

12. Children

This site and our services are intended for professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.

14. Contact

See your own website before you pay anything.
