Yucatan.land: land for sale, made easy to find.
Yammileth Cuadros sells titled land and lots across Mérida and the Yucatán coast: 12 active developments in 6 municipalities, coastal lots from $52,000. Some of her buyers shop from abroad, on a phone. We built one site that answers their first questions, shows where everything is, and sends every inquiry straight to her.

The brief
Buyers had questions before they had a shortlist.
Where are the developments? How far is the coast from Mérida? What does a lot cost, and is it titled? Can a foreigner even buy? And inquiries went to a Google Form, where they sat in a spreadsheet instead of reaching her.
The goal was a site that does the first conversation for her: the real numbers up front, the places on a map, plain answers about buying in Mexico, and a way to ask about a specific development that lands in her inbox rather than a spreadsheet.
What we built
One site, doing the first conversation.
An editorial layout where the place is the pitch, with every page pointing to a single next step: ask about a development.
Real figures, first screen
12 developments, 6 municipalities, lots from 168 m², coastal lots from $52,000 (about MX$900,000), all titled and deeded, stated on the homepage instead of hidden behind a form.
A map you can click
An illustrated map of the Yucatán with Grand Puerta, Palmarena and San Bruno marked, each linking to its own request, plus a drive-times table from the coast to Mérida.
A page built for ads
/lots replaces the old Google Form: pick a development, leave your details, done. Ads and posts point there.
Answers buyers look for
Articles on the fideicomiso, the coastal towns compared and ejido land red flags, each with a request form beside it that stays in view as you read.
Her own lead inbox
Every inquiry goes to her inbox with an email alert, where she can track follow-ups. Her dashboard shows visits, where they came from, and these speed scores.
Hers to run
She changes the menu and main button, adds listings and builds landing pages from the dashboard. Meta Pixel and Google Analytics lead tracking, bot protection on every form, and a Mexican privacy notice are built in.
Speed
Fast on the phone her buyers use.
Land buyers often browse on a phone, and a slow first screen loses them before the prices load. So we measured it, and tuned it.

Measured with Lighthouse on our own machine, which throttles harder than Google's servers, so its scores run lower than PageSpeed Insights. Before: September 15, 2026. After: September 19, 2026.
- Photos and fonts cached for a year, with new file names whenever they change
- Lighter images (WebP) sized for the screen they're shown on
- Analytics loaded after the page is usable, not before
- The homepage served from the network edge, close to each visitor
What's next
A site that keeps improving.
The site went live in September 2026. Planned next: the steps that make it more useful to buyers and easier to find.
- Drone photos of each development in place of the stock photography
- Lot sizes and prices for every development, dated and kept current
- More buyer guides, one narrow question at a time, so buyers searching those questions find her
- A weekly speed and quality check, with fixes made as soon as a score slips
We'll add visitor and inquiry numbers here once the site has a full month of tracking.
