Your data: backups, downloads and how long things are kept

Your CRM takes a copy of itself every night: contacts, conversations, texts and flows, as CSV. The last 14 are kept.

1. Open Contacts and press Backups under the table.
2. Each copy lists what it holds. Press Contacts, Conversations, Texts or Flows to download that part.
3. Take one now makes a copy on the spot - worth doing before a big import or a bulk delete.

The files open in Numbers or Excel, and the contacts file imports straight back into the CRM.

Everything held on one person

If someone asks what you hold on them, open their record and press Download everything held on them. You get their record, what was written down, every message either way, their tasks and the flows they are on - their data only, nobody else's.

How long things are kept

• Deleted contacts: 30 days, undoable until then
• Backups: 14 nightly copies
• Who did what: one year
• Contacts, conversations and texts: until you delete them
