Texts in your inbox

A text someone sends you lands in your inbox, not only on their record. It arrives unread, sits in Needs an answer, and can be assigned, filed in a box or marked solved like any email.

1. Open the conversation from the inbox - it carries a Text chip and their number.
2. Write your answer in the reply box. It is capped at 320 characters, and says it is going to their phone.
3. Press Send text.

Your reply goes out through your texting account, keeps the conversation together, and also appears on the contact's record. No signature is added to a text.

Bringing in an old WhatsApp chat from a file still goes only to the contact's record, so importing history does not fill your inbox with it.
